Red Fox is an excellent fly tying material for a multitude of uses. We like the underfur for dubbing on traditional dries. It also makes an excellent wing on bonefish flies and can be used in many steelhead patterns especially with Intruder style flies. We also use this in the Chum Baby which is one of our favorite Puget Sound baitfish patterns. Red fox can also be used in many bonefish flies such as the Gotcha to give them a little different look.
